Mark Loring is the ALIS lead for support of multiple Federal projects with ALIS. He works closely with clients to identify and refine their needs, solve problems and challenges, and capture opportunities. Mark Loring has more than 30 years of experience in strategic management and leadership in the national security environment.  He also has current experience in problem solving, training, critical infrastructure protection, preparedness, force structure management, requirements determination, and congressional engagement.
